Neither the URL morethantwo dot com nor Franklin’s original writings at that location are subjects of litigation, trademark applications, or UDRP/ICANN proceedings. I recognize, and will continue to recognize, Franklin’s rights to the URL morethantwo dot com and the common-law use of “More Than Two” as the title of his website.
I have never attempted to take ownership of any of Franklin’s own original content published at morethantwo dot com—or any other location—and I never will.
